ISO Standards
ISO Standards are published by the International Organization for Standardization located in Geneva, Switzerland. The ISO 9000-series standards (9001-9003) apply to Quality Systems
within organizations.  Organizations that are certified to ISO 9000 standards seek, among
other things, to ensure customer satisfaction.

In 1994, Rappgo was certified as an ISO 9001 company.  ISO 9001 standards apply to organizations that design, develop, produce, install, and service their own products.

Today, Rappgo continues to strive to improve operations, to offer excellent customer
service, and to focus on ways to reduce environmental impacts. At the manufacturing level
this means working to reduce the waste stream, and at the end-user level it means seeking
out suppliers who offer ‘green’ product alternatives to current industry-standard
manufacturing materials.

Warrantee
Rappgo warrantees all its products, provided that installation and use are in full accordance
with instructions and recommended procedures provided with each flooring package.

Rappgo’s Pre-installation Guarantee
Each floor plank that we manufacture is carefully inspected at our factory. As an additional precaution, we urge you and your installer to inspect each plank prior to installation. Any
visible defects should be reported to your local dealer. Rappgo accepts no responsibility
for costs incurred when a floor with visible defects has been installed.
